Need a replacement piece, divider, insert, or component for a product you purchased from Space Kitchen? We're happy to help. Use this page to request a replacement or additional part for your organizer.

When to Submit a Parts Request

You can submit a parts request if:

A part of your product arrived damaged or defective.
A part was missing from your order.
A part has become worn or broken over time and you'd like a replacement.
You'd like to purchase additional components (extra dividers, inserts, or liners) for an existing product.

How to Submit a Request

Please email us at swp3561@gmail.com with the following information:

Your order number (found in your order confirmation email).
The product name and, if applicable, the size or configuration you ordered.
A description of the part you need — which piece it is and what happened to it.
Photos of the product and the part in question (this helps us identify the exact component and process your request faster).
Your current shipping address.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Damaged, defective, or missing parts: If the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, we will send a replacement part free of charge or offer a suitable resolution in line with our Refund Policy.
Wear-and-tear or additional parts: We will confirm availability and provide a quote for the replacement part, including any applicable cost. Shipping within the United States is free.

Please Note

Replacement parts are available for products purchased from Space Kitchen only.
Custom made-to-order components may require the same production timeframes as new orders (typically 2 to 4 business days of processing plus 3 to 7 business days for delivery).
We currently ship replacement parts within the United States only.
