Our Process

At Space Kitchen, many of our products — especially our custom drawer organizers — are made to order. That means your organizer is produced specifically for your kitchen after you place your order. Here's how it works from start to finish.

Step 1 — Measure Your Space

Before ordering a custom drawer organizer, measure the inside of your drawer: width, depth, and height. Measure at multiple points, as drawers are not always perfectly square, and use the smallest measurement to ensure a proper fit.

Step 2 — Place Your Order

Choose your product, enter your dimensions and any configuration options, and complete checkout. Please double-check all measurements and details before submitting your order — custom products are built exactly to the specifications you provide.

Step 3 — Order Verification

Once your order is received, our team reviews the details to make sure everything is clear and complete. If anything needs clarification, we will contact you by email before production begins. Orders are typically handled within 1 to 3 business days.

Step 4 — Production

Your organizer is then crafted to your exact specifications. Because each piece is made to order, the processing stage may take 2 to 4 business days depending on order volume.

Step 5 — Quality Check and Packaging

Before shipping, every item is inspected for quality and carefully packaged to protect it during transit.

Step 6 — Shipping and Delivery

Once your order ships, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available. The estimated total delivery time is 3 to 7 business days within the United States. Shipping is always free.
